Our secure payment methods are Paypal, Company Check, I-Check, Direct Transfer, and major Credit Card. There is a 2.5% service fee added using Paypal and Credit Card. Credit Card orders are for US domestic customers only and are taken by phone or email only, unfortunately we do not take payments through our website at this time. We are able to keep our pricing low because we only stock a small inventory. Because of this however, we may not always stock odd sizes, colors, or less popular styles, or at high quantities a new customer may need. For custom orders payment of 50% or more of the full order charge is required at the time of order with the remainder due at the time of delivery and satisfaction. Custom orders require at least a 500 pc order, and may take up to 8 weeks to receive.
We offer a full 100% money back guarantee or replacement if the product is damaged, or if you are not fully satisfied with the quality. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition (and packaging if possible) within 10 days of receipt. Depending on the reason for the return a 15% restocking fee, and full shipping charges may be charged. Please note we reserve the right to refuse the return under certain circumstances or conditions per our quality policy, custom orders, and/or customer design manufacturing.
